Coach Emily
Emily loves to help people improve their day to day lives through strength training. Emily’s experience as a teacher helps her coach beginner lifters how to safely use the barbell and improve strength both inside and outside the gym. She also enjoys working with older adults to build resilience, longevity and improve quality of life.
Emily has a collaborative approach to coaching. She tailors her programming and coaching style in line with her clients’ goals and training backgrounds while being supportive, patient and encouraging. Always up for a laugh, Emily likes to dance a little in between lifting heavy weights.
Emily enjoys skiing, backpacking, and bike-packing. She also loves coffee and welcomes any cafe recommendations having recently moved to San Francisco.
